hi guys I just bought my rendezvous last week and I noticed when I apply the brakes that sometimes they pulse irratically and abs and the light for the all wheel drive comes on . any ideas where to start looking. also the sensor for tailgate won't work

Hubs. The hubs house the anti-skid. There is a cable that connects to them. Sometimes it's the cable, Sometimes it's the connector. But most of the times it's the hub. If you have more than 100K on them, it's most likely the hubs.
If you do them yourself, just dont' buy cheap ones. get a good hub from a good name so you're not dealing with part failures. It's not that hard to change. But who wants to do it twice?
