Default Xotic Customs 1931 Buick pickup

Hey guys. I just bought my first Buick. It's a 1931 Buick 80 series sedan that was cut down to a pickup during the war. We are building it into a traditional style street rod. I'm looking for some help on some technical questions.
It's all stock right now with the straight 8. I am wanting to run some buick metal spoke rims but I don't want to do the single nut axles. Also I'm thinking I want to go with a lil higher gear. We are going to use the stock transmission. Is there a later model rear end that would bolt to that transmission and be the right length that would have a 5 bolt pattern axles?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
P.s. looking for some performance ideas for the motor. It's going to the machine shop, but we aren't sure how big we can bore it.

Some of those older units had a torque tube from the trans to the differential. Does your vehicle have that set-up?
