Hi all my name is Joe and i live in Ireland, I have a 1959 Buick Electra 2 door convertible with a few small problems that I need some help with. The auto transmission is slow to pull away on start up ie engage gears and reverse is slow to engage also, but once it is running its fine.I recently had to change the drive shaft and it was fine initially. Also i am a notch out on the gear shift indicator ie Park on the dash is Neutal and so on down reverse I have to hold all the way down to engage and keep holding while reversing. Any help would be appreciated.
