Hi all, new member here. I’m working on a 1972 Skylark and need information on the vacuum hoses connections under the dash. I’m looking for an illustration or diagram of the hoses that shows which hose goes where. Can anyone help and not send me to a reference book that you have to purchase?

 

If I recall correctly, the only vacuum lines you would have under there come from the function selector for the heat/def control.
They were multicolored and went to a few diaphrams to complete the selection , is this what you are asking?

 

Not exactly, what I want is a diagram or illustration showing where each hose plugs into which control port and goes to what function.

 

Does the function selector assy have a rotary vacuum sw ? If it does, each position rotated the sw to direct vacuum to the diaphram assy.to set the function.
There should be a plug that went on to the rotary vacuum sw, does your vehicle have this set up?
