The seat release bar will not move to allow seat adjustment. Any ideas on what to do to allow the seat to move forward or backward. It is now stuck in the most forward position.

 

The lever on that type set up usually has two wires that go from the lever to both ends of the seat. Those wires manually move the locking tabs held in place by springs for each end so the seat is able to move on it's tracks. What usually happens is the long thin pieces of wire either break or come off the lever or locking tabs..If the wire came off the lever you can reach under the seat and pull on the wire and move the seat. Sometimes you have to get your head down low so you can see under the seat and see exactly what has happened.
