I know most people are going to say buy a new car but I am up for a challenge. I have a 01 Buick lesabre custom. There is something wrong with the 3rd gear in the transmission making it so I have to rebuild it. I want to know if I can buy a new transmission with a manually clutch and install it in the car. I have a new car already this is just a old junker I have. I have a price limt of about 10k to put into the car. I have engine and machincal experience. I don't mind ripping everything out of the car if I have to.
