Hey all,

The tranny on my 00 LeSabre is crapping out. Instead of paying
the 2000-3500 to aamco or the dealer to rebuild/replace it, I figured
that I would pick a used one up from a salvage dealer. Anyway, I
cant seem to figure out exactly which transmission it is... I've read
that it is the 4T65E, but on most of the parts websites, when I choose
the model car, it lists four options:

2.86 Ratio Opt FQ3 ident PAB

2.86 Ratio Opt FQ3 ident PPB

3.05 Ratio Opt F83 ident PBB

3.05 Ratio Opt F83 ident PCB



Is there an easy way to determine which transmission is in my car?
