Tires

I have a 02 LeSabre custom with factory, 215/70/15 tires. I found some really nice rims and tires with matching bolt pattern for a killer price but they are 225/60/16's. Is this a safe and doable conversion?

The 225/60R-16 was the optional size for the cars. It is enough larger in diameter to need the computer programmed for that size tire. Will drop the rpm about 100rpm at 70mph, or thereabouts.
