Default Misfire during heavy rain

Hi all,
I am experiencing a Cylinder #4 misfire, only when there is heavy rain/snow/slush on the road. Otherwise, it drives perfectly fine. This problem is also very intermittent: it'll start misfiring during heavy rain, it'll do that for a couple miles. Then I'll be sitting at a light, it will stop misfiring, and I'll drive the rest of the way home (15 miles) without misfiring. I have looked under the hood and everything appears to be bone dry. I replaced spark plug wires a couple of months ago trying to fix this problem, it did not fix it. Any other ideas about what could possibly be getting wet?Thank you in advance.

Default Same problem

I think I've narrowed mine down to the coil packs.
