Crappy heated seats Inop

Has anyone had any success fixing the heated seat problem with the 00-05 lesabres? You hit the button 5 times before it goes from low to high and maybe shuts off but seats dont heat. You know.....

Is it giving you any indication , visually, that power is present at the seat heating element? Did you check all the fuses? Owner's manual will tell you which fuse and it's location.
