I have a 2012 Buick LaCrosse and it sometimes stalls after driving it for a while. All the gauges goes crazy and when I try to start it clicks. I have replace the battery on it and had the alternator tested and it's fine. Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this? I'm stumped. Once it sits for a little while it will start right up and drive with no problems. Seems to only do it when the motor gets hot.

 

My mom and dad's 19943.8 Buick LeSabre had a similar issue that turned out to be a crankshaft sensor. Hard to track down the actual culprit.
