Buick estate wagon blowing #12 fuse...

<DIV>Hello,</DIV>

<DIV>My neighbor has a ''91 5L estate wagon that keeps blowing a fuse. We''re both mechanically inclined, so we''ve checked what all we know of the usual suspects. Grounds, obvious wiring, etc. But, it''s continually the #12 15amp fuse behind the driver''s side kickpanel and we can''t figure out what it specifically goes to. Apparently it''s ignition related because when it blows, the vehicle will turn over but not start. My neighbor tells me it has spark, just won''t fire. What is this fuse for? And, what are some common reasons for it to blow? There doesn''t seem to be any distinct pattern to it, either.</DIV>

<DIV>Thanks</DIV>
