2001 century 3.1 cooling fans running constantly

Default 2001 century 3.1 cooling fans running constantly
Hello, when I start my car after about 2 or 3 seconds both radiator cooling fans come on and do not shut off until I turn the car off. any ideas what could be causing this ? There are no check engine light or other coming on and the car runs fine besides that.

Defrost is on? If so, defrost uses A/C compresser to aid in defrost/defog tilll you reach outside temps of 40*F and below.

Defrost is not on nor is the AC.
