Default Key stuck in ignition, no right blinker/right brake light, now sunfoof operation

2009 Buick Enclave CXL - Just wanted to help anybody who experiences their key being stuck in the ignition, no right blinker/or brake light, no sunroof operation. I couldn't find a similar post about it so I'd thought I'd write one. After countless attempts like BCM replacement, found the PDM fuse under the passenger dash was blown. Hope this helps somebody

Not doubting findings, just don't understand how a blown fuse can cause an ignition to jam up key? Don't know what fuse letters represent for circuits? If steering is turned too much one direction or other, will cause ignition to bind up and other than security null with chipped key in ignition? I don't know of any electrical interlock there.

Any explanation would be good as I can't say myself. Here to learn and maybe some new posts, quiet forum......
