When driving down the highway at say 60 to 75 mph and going up a slight incline under consistent accelerator pressure, the car will sometimes hesitate in and out. imagine sitting in your chair and do a rapid small rocking motion in chair. inch or two of movement.
Someone suspected the injectors were going bad. Could it be 02 sensor, fuel pump, computer? It does not always do this, but has done it the past 9 months I have owned it.

Anyone else at least experience this?

My car does do this as well. Can you pull codes? I cannot on mine right now and do not want to go to a dealer yet.

It doesn't trip the check engine light. Will it still produce a code? I can go to Autozone. They have code readers that they can hook up for free, but I don't know if it will see this or not.

No plans on going to the dealer on this anytime soon.

It should, but the free check will not hurt.

this sounds to me like a convertor issue, but that generally triggers a CEL...

put fuel injector cleaner in the tank, remove the EGR and clean and lube the pintle. Check for vac leaks.

What kind of pintle are you referring to?

its in the bottom of the round mushroom type EGR valves.

Check for proper operation.

I had this problem in my 2002 century and it kept getting worse until the "service engine" light came on just before it got really bad - turned out to be the catalytic converter that was plugged - replaced it - am puzzled as to how and why it plugged so badly in 110,000km - any thoughts?? my mechanic guessed the prob without looking at it and says that he has this prob about once a month, but usually in higher mileage cars....
