you may be able to contact the dealer with the last 5 of your vin to get the paint code.

 

I know that GM had 2 silver colors in 86, code for one is 12 and the darker was 13A, I am guessing Buick would be close.

 

On the 86 Park Aves and Riviera Buick used Silver Met.
Code 13S WA #9021
Century, LeSabre, Regals and Skyhawks used Silver met.
code 12 WA #8535.
