help!!!! please!!! asap!!!!
96 cenntury limited 3.1 All of my lights have stopped working. Brake, headlights, tail lights, interior , dome, dash, also trunk button, defroster, power locks. And horn
What still works. Turn signals, warning indicator lights, wipers, and radio "although every time I turn the key it resets all channels to am like I disconneted the battery. Car runs fine
What I have tried. Checked battery terminals, all good, checked all fuses in glove box, all good.
I have seen one question online about this exact issue but no answerm
Anyone know what this is? If its a fuse can you specify which one? And if it is the bcu.....where is it???
Someone please help I'm gonna lose my job if I call out.

It might be something in the ignition switch.
Did you check under the rubber boot on the battery cables at the terminals? What about the contacts at the alternator and starter? Corrosion in my battery cable caused problems with my car. Check the voltage of the battery with the engine off, and with the engine running. It should be about 12V with the engine off, and about 14.4V with it running.
