I have a 98 lesabre and the recirculate air switch seems to be stuck in the open position. theres always a draft by my feet even when the unit is switched off aand the recirc button is enabled (inside air). Can anyone help me locate where this switch may be located ? Is it easy to fix? Is it a fuse?.........the recirc light comes on when i press the button so i'm assuming its not the switch on the dash unit but where the air inlet itself is ?

Thanks

Many recent cars are designed with a blower that stays on in low speed even when the controls are set to 'off'. This is to slightly pressurize the passenger compartment so as to prevent entrance of any exhaust. It could be that this is what you are noticing. You might check to see if your Owner's Manual discusses this.

Otherwise, it's probably something in the vacuum controls.
