head gaskets are extremely rare to fail. 9.9 out of 10 times, the intake gaskets fail, before the head gaskets.
does this car have the supercharger in it? and how many miles?

what ever you do, DONT drive the car.
check this out http://www.bonnevilleclub.com/forum/kb.php?mode=article& (http://www.bonnevilleclub.com/forum/kb.php?mode=article&k=38) k=38
the Upper intake is most likely to be your failure. And I would strongly recomend you change your lower intake gaskets at the same time.
i would recomend this http://www.automotivepartsnetwork.com/store/pc/viewPrd.asp?i (http://www.automotivepartsnetwork.com/store/pc/viewPrd.asp?idproduct=229679) dproduct=229679 it was the best price i could find. from there you would just need the LIM gaskets. Look for the aluminum framed ones.

Hey Samuel I'm taking off all the stuff on top of the motor is there a trick to getting the fuel rail off? ,Thanks Dave

once the bolts are out, you pull up on it with moderate force. there arent really any tricks for removal. leave the clips for the injectors. you can pull the rail and injectors all at once. and just set it off to the side.
when you go to re-install the injectors, use a little vaseline on the new o-rings.

yeah, those #s are way low. should be in the area of 170 iirc. the HGs on the 3800 are very stout and reliable. if there was a problem bad enough to cause this, it may be safe to say that engine damage has already occurred. so i wouldn''t just change the hg. I would say a piston rings, and rod/crank bearing change would be a minimum.
If i were you, I would weigh out the cost of a engine rebuild vs a new car.
Or you may consider a yard motor. An L36 should be fairly cheap and easy to find. but if you go that route, go with caution, bc no engine likes to sit for a long period of time. so I would try to find a 3800 powered car that was recently wrecked.
