Remove the fan and apply 12 volts across the leads in the connector. Be careful, if the fan starts, it will try to rip it out of your hand. You can also check the fan fuse. You need a 5.5mm socket to remove the fan. You must remove the door sill, and kick panel to get to the bolts. If the fan is toast, I have a couple of used OEM ones for $80 shipped. You can get aftermarket units, but the fan is about 3/8 inch too short, and will not push as much air, because of the leakage over the top. I also have a pigtail that will attach to the fan so that it does not require removal to check it. I would like $10 shipped for one.
