1994 RMS Wiring Problems

Picked up a 1994 Roadmaster Sedan last week, with a host of wiring problems. None of the turn signals work, however the hazards all work. What fuse are the turn signals on? Where is the relay located, and it is it separate from the hazard relay? Also, I went to honk the horn and all I got was a low groan. Along with this all the lights dimmed, and after two "honks" my battery died (completely drained). Where is the horn relay located, and is this the likely culprit? I appreciate any and all help, thanks in advance!

For all who may be interested, I have solved both problems. I believe the horn drain was due to a weak battery and a loose ground. The relay is one of three black rectangular relays located in the "convenience center". This is located under the steering column on the right hand side, behind the lower dash panel. The turn signal/hazard relays are ~1"x1" cylinders (silver in my case), and they are mounted on the same block just below the black rectangular relays. I subbed the hazard relay for the turn signal to see if that fixed it, and it did!

Check your fuse box post to see if it is brass or zinc. If it is zinc, you need to replace it ASAP, because it can cause a fire. The post is on the back of the fuse block, under the hood. They were changed to brass in 95 because of the issue. You can scratch it, and if it is silver, it is zinc. If it is coppery you have the correct one.
