83 Rivi Blower Motor and Power Antenna help
 

New to this forrum, not new to cars. Fixing up my 83 Riviera Conv 307 automatic hvac. When I turn the blower on it squeals like a pig, I think it's the hub loose on the shaft, fairly common gm issue. I can get the motor about half way out of the hole, do I need to remove the inner fender? Or I'm thinking the worse, cutting a hole in the inner fender. Plus there is an A/C line right in the way. And need to fix the power antenna while I'm near it. So If taking out the inner fender gets me to the antenna I'll go for that. Thanks for any help
