windows go down but won't go up
 

2001 Buick Regal

Today my driver side front window was halfway down while I was driving, and it suddenly dropped, sliding fast into the door.

No sound is made when I try to flick the front window switch up. There is a sound, however, when the front window switch is flipped down.

I tried the back window on the driver side..the window goes down, but will only make a noise when I try to push it back up. I tried getting the back driver side window to go up using both the front driver side controls, and the back seat driver side controls.

Both windows on the passenger side have no issues.

How can I fix this?
