hi all.

how do i check if the wiper switch of this 1996 are faulty? i had my
new
<a href="http://www.carpartswholesale.com/cpw/windshield_wiper_arm.html" target="_blank">wiper
arm</a> installed but everytime i turn the switch on, it wouldn't
work. any tricks for this?
