92 Regal starting problems

Hello! I have a 92 Regal that won't do anything when the key is turned. All the lights and bells work, the solenoid just won't click. I replaced it maybe two months ago. also, the voltage does not drop when the key is turned. I can't jump it off either. Over the last few days, the car has done this, but started after two or three tries. Any ideas?

I would suspect the ign switch assy.
Does it make any difference if you try to start it in park or neutral?

Park or neutral doesn't make a difference. I thought about the neutral safety switch too, but would like to be able to bypass it to test it. Do you know which pins on the relay base to jump? Or can it be done with the Regal? I get home alte, so it's kind of hard to work underneath to check it. Also, do you know which wires on the ignition to connect if bypassing the switch to test?

I think you may just have to look under the car where the starter wires are and check and see if they are loose or corroded. Mine were on my 93' Regal and just wiggled them a little and now it fires right up almost every time (just not when really, really cold like -45f).

Yes. I fixed this back in February. There were wires to the starter that had broken and frayed. Spliced them together and she was good as new. Sold her a few days later.

Ok now im havine a problem

OK any ideas about my 93' regal that almost wants to die before it'll start when it's really cold but when the motor is warm it takes a couple of tries to start. Cold starts are kinda easy but a warm start takes two to three pulls. And the service light is on and I'm getting kinda crappy gas mileage.
