I have a 96 regal and a 98 park ave supercharger. how hard would it be to fit the supercharger to the regals 3.8?</span></span>< =""><!
var SymRealOnLoad; var SymReal; Sym() { window.open = SymWinOpen; if(SymReal != null) SymReal(); } SymOnLoad() { if(SymRealOnLoad != null) SymRealOnLoad(); window.open = SymRealWinOpen; SymReal = window.; window. = Sym; } SymRealOnLoad = window.onload; window.onload = SymOnLoad; //> </> |
I would guess harness, sensors, and the computers, not to mention will the internal parts hold up?

but mechanically, would it bolt direct to the block? In place of the stock manifold? Having never taken apart the top end of a GM 3.8, im not sure the bolt configuration or the intake port sizes</span>< =""><!
var SymRealOnLoad; var SymReal; Sym() { window.open = SymWinOpen; if(SymReal != null) SymReal(); } SymOnLoad() { if(SymRealOnLoad != null) SymRealOnLoad(); window.open = SymRealWinOpen; SymReal = window.; window. = Sym; } SymRealOnLoad = window.onload; window.onload = SymOnLoad; //> </> |
A little late to chime in but somebody else may look for this. The heads are different, not sure about the bottom end. The easiest way would be to drop a whole super engine in, and replace the harness and computer, or have the factory harness modified to accommodate the SC, you'd be using the SC donor car's PCM too since the factory PCM wouldn't like that.

The block is the same, but the rods and pistons are different. The L67 is low compression.
