Hi, my name is Casey and I have just bought a 1995 Buick Lesabre Limited. I was wondering if anyone knows anything about an upgraded engine swap. Is there a web site I can look into? Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thanx.

I used to own a '92 3800 (series I) SC, and now own a '97 3800 Series II SC. There were some improvements made, but I don't think theyare significant enoughto justify a swap.

However, if you have reason to do so, it probably wouldn't be too hard.Going by the Park Avenue model, I believe that the series II was first installed in the '96 model, which is the older body style. You always take the chance that the engineers made some "little" change that will make your swap difficult.

Thank you. If the improvements aren't justified by the swap,is there any aftermarket support? I own a 2002 Pontiac Grand Prix (3800 SeriesII) as well, and I would like to have the same type of power.

I have found 3800performance.com, but cannot give any reference as I've not had any dealings with them.
