welcome to the board, you should find someone who can answer your questions here. Explain your problem with the leak and you''ll probably get an answer, or atleast pointed in the right direction.

fixed the water leak i believe.

under the cowl on the drivers side there is a small spot that rusted threw.

i put window adhesive on it and bam.... hope it works.

hope that works for ya!

TrippleT 10-25-2008 03:59 PM

didn''t work...

ahhhggggg i drilled a hole in my floor to let some of the water out.

thats how aggressively its coming in.

When does it leak? Maybe you can ask this question in the Skylark forum and get more answers. I have a few ideas including a leaking heater core.

TrippleT 10-27-2008 08:33 AM

its on the drivers side, ether when its sitting or when its driving

and it comes from under the dash...

i plugged one little hole under the cowl

I am starting to think heater core, If it was only when the AC was on I''d say stopped up evaporator drain, which you might check just for giggles.

yea but it leaks over night...... with out running....

and only when raining.

oh, ok I see now. I''m sure you''ve checked this but check the weather stripping around the door and windows make sure they seal tight, the other thing is the windshield seal, yeah, you''ll have to pull the windshield but thats a possibility.maybe a small amount of rust or a hole in the seal.Look all around the windshield, including the coners.
