Got myself a 1999 buick century. I have some questions regarding a hard start.

For the past 3 weeks the car will not start after the engine is warm. Whenever the I cold start the car it turns over instantly like normal. The issue is when I go to the grocery store for about 45 min. I come out try to start the car and it wont turn over. After it turning the key once I stop and try starting it again while tapping the gas pedal, IT STARTS! and will idle just fine.

I read other forums and they mentioned the Idle Air Control, I replaced that a week ago but the issue persists.

Does anyone have any Idea's?
