Century Owner from NC

Hello all, i recently purchased a 97' Century Custom as a DD (pics to come soon). I enjoy the car and it drives very well for only having 110k on it. The only things i found it needs is the a/c recharged (i believe, because the fan blows hard just not cold as it should be) and the passenger side rear window is off track (again just my thinking, because the window switch doesn't work but i can hear the motor trying to lift or lower the window and i have to manually close the window by hand because any bump will cause the window to lower a little). Any help with above problems will be great, and thanks for having me here.

Welcome to the site.
You picked up a pretty good vehicle. Like all, they had their problems , but the only really concern that I am aware of is the intake plenum leaking anti-freeze into the oil system. If that has been corrected , great.
Otherwise watch for the anti-freeze level going down and no leaks showing.
Nice riding car !

Welcome to the forum! Good to see another Century on the site :D

x2 on everything hanky said. The older 3100's (L82s) were known to have LIMG (?) troubles.

If you have any other troubles, don't hesitate to post them up. I'm sure you'll have answers as quickly as possible ;)

Welcome! You might need a new motor for the window and a leak test.

As promised here are a few pictures of the century (please forgive the cellphone quality).

I have fixed the window problem (the window was indeed off track), and am currently checking the a/c system myself for the problem there (hopefully just needs a re-charge).
