06 Lacrosse headlight recall

06 Lacrosse keeps blowing low beam headlight. There was a recall but of course it's over 15 years old so the dealership wants my $ to fix. Anyone else have this problem?

I was told it's a lowbeam relay

Mine isn't blowing the headlight. Just passenger side headlight doesn't work
