Our Buick has turned into Christine
 

2008 Lucerne has a big big in the dash. So when the weather gets cold and wet the service traction control display comes on and after a while the gauges start pulsing and the transmission selector switch starts clicking and the door locks lock and unlock and the door chime starts dinging faster then normal. Any ideas are very helpful.
