Non operating turn sígnals, hazards won’t turn off
 

I have 2008 Buick Lucerne, turns signals won’t work and hazards randomly turn on and won’t turn off, also it looks like the wiper motor will only work in one speed. Where will the fix be at?

It is the pink wire with a gray stripe coming from your rear fuse box down the passenger side and to the BCM
just run a wire from the fuse box along the passenger side of the car and up to the BCM
