Cannot Isolate Problem!

I have a buick lesabre custom edition. I have replaced the following items on the vehicle: the catalyic oxgen sensors, the fuel pump, serpentine belts, control module, the starter. and am still have the car start intially then it dies, after driving it about 10 miles or so. I here a pop or compresion from under the hood, Aft this happens all the pressure is lost. What other part do I need to replace in order to get this vehicle back in road condition. I can wait a couple minutes start the car and let it idle once I give it fuel the car dies.

It seems the crankshaft position sensor is the cause of many mystery problems that are very obvious but impossible to relate to others. Or too just read here about trouble and cure was to replace the throttle position sensor.

Ford has had CPS trouble due to a defective O ring and know of cracked sensors with Buick.
