Like hanky said, your problem is probably in the plugs/wires.

I found one of the coil packs isn't sparking when I took off the plug boots from the posts (1 & 4). I switched it with one of the other coil packs and that one didn't spark in that location either. So the coil packs are good, could it be the ICM or another problem? I'm only running on 4 cyl. instead of 6 and it's chuggin gas.

It could be the ICM.

I agree with Travis, xlt2k.

It was the ICM. I got one the other day and put it in. Very easy changeout. I wanted to be sure before I blew $130.00. Still had my fingers crossed tho. I drove the car after the changeout and there was a huge difference noticable right away in power and no more rough idling/shaking. But thats how it works when your firing on all cylinders. That 3800 V6 has got some pep when all's working right. Thanks.:D

Glad to hear its running good again. :D Thanks for reporting back

I'm glad to hear the good news too. Now if you care to do this, if the spirit so moves you , consider putting heat sink compound under that ICM , it will help dissipate the heat and make it last a little longer.
