92 lesabre starts sometimes
 

I bought this car cheep because it has problems. i love 3.8 engines. i thought i figured it out i found sand in tank and screen off. it ran at least 700 mi then it started to start like a flooded carbureted car then took off. next time it wouldn't start. I had 12v at injector pigtail key on then 5v cranking (the pigtail was unplugged)it had fuel shoot out of the fuel release when i pushed it and it had spark and it would run on carb cleaner.but not on it's own drug it home next day it started every time i tried. now it is starting i got a fuel presure tester key on 47lbs then 42lbs then 38 running. put fuel filter in it pre 700mi.
