92-95 LeSabre ABS Lights, whats the "trick"?

OK, I have 2 LeSabre's and family members have several , we ALL have run into the same issue , ABS light on, UNABLE to access the ABS system with a scanner, replaced TONS of stuff in several to no avail, cannot access system. I have purchased a TEVAS IV break out tool but the 38 different tests I have not had time to run. I am assuming there is a bad wire that lets go in these models and cuts off access to the ABS computer system. We have 2 cars with perfect functioning systems and swapping ABS controllers into these other cars did not work either, but they function just fine back in their respective cars, so I am thinking its ONE wire common to LeSabre between 92 and 95. Anyone else out there run into this ?
