Help..2014 lacrosse driveshaft
 

Hey everyone. So I’m having an issue. I have a 2014 Buick LaCrosse with awd. And I need to replace the sway bar, but the subframe needs to come down and therefore the driveshaft has to come out. I already bought both tools required per service manual but cannot get the shaft out with the fork tool. Anyone come across this problem or can shed some insight? Am I missing a bolt/ring. Again I have the awd model so this is the propeller shaft going into the transfer case I’m having issues with.
