Changing from 20" tires to 18"?

I just got a 2015 LaCrosse and just love it. It's the Premium II which has the 20" tires. I just found out that these tires aren't great for that great Buick smooth ride, which is the main reason I bought a LaCrosse. Is it possible to switch to 18" tires to get an improved ride?
