2012 lacrosse auto stop problem
 

I have 2012 Buick LaCrosse ecotec and car runs fine but everytime I come to a stop and the car goes into auto stop when I press gas for car to restart the belt is dragging like it’s a pulley is stuck. Then when I cut the car off by ignition switch and then re crank it it runs fine til the next time it goes into auto stop. PLEASE HELP!!!
