Rear defogger.
 

The rear window defogger on my 2010 LaCrosse does not work. I changed the relay and checked the fuse.
Is there a "common" problem I should look for?
The indicator light on the button lights but the grid apparently does not heat.
Where is the grid connector, and how do you get the trim off to get to it?
Is there maybe a connector somewhere that might be unplugged or burned.
Winter is coming fast and I really need to get this fixed.
