SUPER ANNOYING messages to press dismiss
Hey all,
I have a 2018 Regal and I am extremely happy with it. I used to have a ‘13 regal and had to give it up and since then I have been waiting for the right time to happen to get another one. This ‘18 is amazing. I love it.
What I dont love, however, are the messages that come along, seemingly for any reason, that makes a alert sound and tells me in the DIC to press “dismiss”. It also tells me on the radio and offers the dismiss button there as well.
HOW DO I DISABLE THIS!!!!!!!

Very nice car, wouldn't mind one myself. Having an antique '16 LaCrosse I'd speculate that feature could be disabled at least announcement wise through the dashboard/steering wheel option(s) and cancellations. My thoughts are along the lines of the oil change reset back to 100%, can be done by owner. The more easily accessed resets being for trip A&B, mileage and so on.
I'm guessing now but where I'd look first. Know my Boss Mustang has all that along with assorted gauge displays, all resets available. That's a 6 year old car now so for a 2018 Buick perhaps more advanced and with practice scrolling makes perfect. Probably something labeled as "mute"?
Here's some info on similiar troubles but not working, probably something easily fixed I wouldn't even think of. https://buickforums.com/forums/threa...topped-working
