Heat and AC problem with 2002 Buick Lasabre
 

Hi everyone,
It seems that the vents on my 2002 Buick are stuck in place. I can only get air thru vents in the dash. Nothing on floor or defrost. No problem changing air temp, just can’t change direction. Not sure how this system works. I have pulled glove box and I don’t see any vac tubes so I’m guessing it’s electrical. Don’t see any doors that I can open or close.
I would appreciate any help I can get. Thanks
