Bluetooth-Navigation issue

I own a 2012 Buick Regal. I cannot connect any Bluetooth device (and I once could). The navigation direction indicator in the instrument cluster only displays two dashes. The phone buttons on the rear view mirror do not do anything, including OnStar.
Any advice?
