2004 Le Sabre jingling noise on left turning??
 

My 2004 Le Sabre Custom makes a sound that is exactly like a bottle cap in a mason jar, or a bottle rolling across the pavement, and this sound comes while driving, while turning left - even the slightest amount of turn will produce it. Not a grind, or a whurr, or a scrape, but a jingling bell sound. Additionally, and maybe related, after the car is parked overnite in the garage and it is shifted into reverse to back up, there is immediately a sound like that made when you release a parking brake, like something stuck momentarilyn and it comes from the left front wheel apparently. Any ideas on this condition before I head to the mechanic? Thanks -
