1995 buick century abs codes obd 1,.5 three wire aldl conector

hi i need to read the codes for the abs my light is on and i want the abs working . but for some reason gm put obd 2 codes in a obd one computer as i read on the internet . thats all fine and danndie for me . i just want to read the stupid codes so i can know were to look at .

can the smart people in this forum help me . people that encountered this before . this dont suprise me about gm at all . 94-95 cars all hving the came problem and you think they would tell the public about it . my guess is one for the engine codes nd the other is for the abs codes . im not the only person with a car that has the obd 1 conector with three wires on it . im wondering if a adapter cable for obd1 to obd 2 will work . im sure the factory service manual should explaine this to me . i also read the only way to read the codes is gm tech 1 . what other scanners will read it .im sure snapon can

please help
