1971 Riviera steering column
 

Hello all.
I'm looking for an exploded view of a 1971 Riviera steering column. Advice would also be helpful if you have some to offer-
My Riv no longer starts. I turn the key and there are points of resistance. I replaced the ingition cylinder and the ignition switch. The rod seems to be moving fine. Is there a spring or a moving part that may be stripped? :confused:
