Drive Train & Undercarrige Swap ?

I have a 1999 Gran Prix 3800 complete low miles Donor Car. Also A real clean 1999 Century with a blown motor. Can I drop the entire sub frame & struts and bolt it into the Century?? Motor wire harness & computer swap??
