I have a 92 Park ave that I need to know how to reset the


"change oil soon" light.

I figured it out! Here is how it is done on a 1991 - 1994 Park Ave.
When "CHANGE OIL SOON" light is illuminated, find the hole in the underside of the dash on the passenger side near the door. Insert a blunt instrument into the hole and press the switch. The light will flash four times when the system is reset.

The one thing to remember is that when you reset this, make sure the
car is 'on' but not 'running.' It is hard on the computer somehow if
the vehicle is running.



Heard that from a dealership tech, he said so many of these cars came
back with fried computers because people did it with the car running.
