2001 Park Ave with mushy brakes
 

I have just bought a 2001 Park Ave, 60,000 miles. All works fine except the brake peddle goes almost to the floor boards when breaking. Does anyone know is this is "normal" for this model car or does it need brake repair?

It is not normal.
Don't know if any brake work was done recently, but still should be checked over.
